FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) How do I create/post a poll?
Posting a poll is as easy as 1-2-3. It is required for a poll authors to properly fill out the “Create Poll” form which can be accessed here: . Upon answering and filling out the form to your own discretion, you will be prompted to submit the form where it will be sent for approval and awaiting activation.
2) What do I do after I have submitted my poll?
The next step in this procedure is to go to your e-mail mailbox affiliated with your iVotePolls account. An activation e-mail is sent after the poll has been approved. Within this e-mail, an approval link will be available in which the final step in creating a poll is to click on it. Once clicked, the poll is automatically released onto the site.
3) What do I do if I haven’t received an activation e-mail?
Ideally, you should wait up to a maximum of 30 minutes to allow the e-mail to be sent. However, after not receiving the e-mail after 30 minutes, you are to e-mail polls@ivotepolls.com where a technical advisor will be available to solve your problem.
