How Much Water Will a 4 gallon Reverse Osmosis Water Tank Storage Hold?
RO Tank Capacity is 50 percent of the Total reverse osmosis water tank volume when empty. You can Increase RO holding Tank Capacity by adding additional RO system tank. There are two options you have when looking at a new reverse osmosis storage tank . You can just purchase a new larger reverse osmosis water tank or you can tee a line to a second tank of any capacity. Be advised that you must have the same precharge as your existing tank. The Answer is 2 gallons, or 50% of RO tank capacity. The other 50% of the reverse osmosis water tanks holding area has a bladder that is pressurized with air to push the water out of the tank.
