i think sony ericsson since they have a vast number of cell phones that can be affordable to expensive. HTC and iPhones need data plans so therefore, it wouldn’t be as cheap as some sony ericcson phones. I agree with Armin

iPhone is an expensive phone and won’t be good on a budget unless if you have a big budget seperately on phones.
